Original Hot Yoga 26+2

I'd never worked out a day in my life. I was going through the hardest year I'd ever had, and someone said "just try it." I made it through about two-thirds of the class. I rested on my mat for the rest. And then I sat in my car and cried for 20 minutes. Not because it was hard. Because something in my body finally let go.
