I'd never worked out a day in my life. I was going through the hardest year I'd ever had. Someone suggested hot yoga. I walked in not knowing what to expect, rested through a third of the class, and cried in my car for 20 minutes after. Something in my body released that I didn't even know I was carrying. I went back the next day. And the day after that. It was the hardest thing I'd ever done, and the most rewarding.
